Hey all! Yesterday I managed to (sort of) successfully bake my FIRST CAKE EVER!!!! Kudos to myself...lol! Anyways, as you people would have guessed, the cake I baked was called the Strawberry Cream Gateau. Sounds nice right! Btw, here's a photo of my 'wonderful, fantastic and scrumptious' creation...
+ The cake base was edible and almost perfect...I suppose...
+ The strawberry cream was tasty. The cream did not have a very strong strawberry taste but just a tinge of it. Perfect for strawberry haters like myself.
+ Its sweet too!!!
- The cream did not look like a cream. As in it was too liquidy cause I think I added too much strawberry juice.
I'm either gonna make choclate cake or cheesecake the next time I bake... and I'm soooo looking forward to it!!! XOXO
