Language Arts
Comparatively easy. Or maybe we were suspending our disbeliefs and we were in a hyperreality where the exam paper appeared to be easy which will never ever happen in reality! Yes.. that must be it!!! We were delusioned by the hyperreality that we can acutally pass Lang Arts exams! I must make a new movie: The Matrix meets the Magic School Bus
Physics
An ultra high weightage and incomprehensible practice questions that Mr Boy made us do made the Physics paper look all too scary and daunting... perhaps a little TOO much. Chill out poeple, Physics was always meant to be fun...NOT!!!
Chinese
If I said that I would pass the paper... I would be lying. The cloze passage and the last comprehension were killers. I almost tore my hair out during the exam!!! I always knew I was not that well versed in Chinese, but this exam made me realise that I was downright PATHETIC!
Lit
Poem was okay, and quite full of crappy parts to expound on. So I chose it.Prose sounded fun, because it was about puking (and I would have written my PC in a way that diminished the character's -the one who puked- self-esteem and sense of pride) . But it was too wordy and I couldn't be bothered to read it. Whether I made the right choice or not, would be left to the hands of faith... and it doesn't look all that firm and stable.
Chemistry
Looks like practice does indeed make perfect!!! I was relatively comfortable with the titration experiments, though I fumbled a bit during the begining... oops. Anyways, the paper was okay for me... except for the last part.
*Its very fun to squeeze the pipette filter and let it go then squeeze it again...
Maths
Mr Lam, I'm not sure what to say but I think it goes something like this: 'THANK YOU FOR LETTING US OFF WITH AN EASIER-THAN-BEFORE MATHS PAPER'. You should be proud of yourself for realising that not everyone is as logical and brainy as you are. I, for one, know someone who ironically ain't that intellectual...
Biology
The paper was so Ms-Low-like!!! With many never-heard-before applications and stuff like that. It was of a similar standard compared with CA1.. which means that it was DIFFICULT! Why do we have to understand carbohydrates, proteins, blah, blah , blah.... Why can't every organism just be made up of one compound: DUST (I have this weird fascination with dust :D )
